I looked up the project on the FERC website.... nothing past 2013 posted.

I did find this on another site that says their 3 yr permit issued in 2012 EXPIRED last year.

Can't find that a new permit was issued, but there was this tidbit when searching current news.

The article says the project has recently been revived after being put on hold by the Guv in late 2014.
