I looked up the project on the FERC website.... nothing past 2013 posted.


You're not looking in the right area. My search came up with lots in 2016. The last of which is here:

It's a letter to FERC from Alaska Energy Authority regarding follow-up studies on subsistence and traditional/local knowledge. The project seems to be alive and well at FERC. But the situation in Alaska may be very different..... We can only hope!
