I would for go using large spoons and stick with spinners and ****nites for silvers. Try size 2 (low clear water) size 3 (little higher water) size 4 (high/colored water). Bronze, blue body, green body all seem to work. Cast out, let the spinner sink to the bottom and real 2 - 3 quick turns to get the blade moving, then bring it in along the bottom. They will chase these a long way sometimes while you are reeling in....

For ****nites, I haven't experimented enough yet to know what to do.
