Rich, you are wrong. there are no "clicks" when you are being monitored anymore... "Wiretaps" dont stop and start, like they did in the analog days. Everything is recorded all the time. One who wants to listen in on your highly clasified bigfoot conversations only "should" follow the law in obtaining the information from the source, which can the .gov, a carrier, ISP, etc. When they do get it, its on a DVD, USB stick or similar... or cloud server.
