"wiretapping" isnt just using phone or computer signals and intercepting them...

we still do, place bugs, and monitor conversations from surveillance vans...

but yeah Rich, the clicks have been gone for a while... that was when they actually had to push a button on a recorder to record the conversation..

now everythings digital, power isnt jolted out, and you dont get the clicks....
