One kicker about developing a commercial walleye fishery in Lk WA is that the forage fish accumulated a lot of mercury. Walleye eat forage fish. So, the walleye to eat safely will probably be the smaller ones. The ones Doc refers to as "egg wagons" will be unsafe to eat but will lay a lot of eggs.
