Great Bender Juvenile at Sea Registered: 01/03/17 Posts: 155 Loc: Hood Canal	It simply cannot be stated more clearly...or any better. How can you possibly allow this "delegation" of WDFW Managers to move past this point, and on into the upcoming NOF sessions? "No Confidence" is an understatement!
