read up on the broiling pizza thing, interesting, i might try to make a deep dish some day doing it....

asshole Home Depot said when i ordered it that the element would be here on the 19-20th, so i got it.... now it wont be here till the 25th smh....

asshole bank wont give me my fvckin money back either, yet, or whatever smh....

can the same method be used with a pizza stone for broiling?

the method i read was use a cast iron pan upside down, and put it on broil for 20 minutes to heat the pan, then put the pizza on the pan bottom and cook it for a few minutes....

or does a stone not hold heat as good as the cast iron? will it crack the stone?
