RIP Marv. I also never got to meet him in person, but we had several great conversations over the phone. He was a very nice person with a big heart.

Major bummer about Marv! He had skillzzz! Yes, it is a bummer. I never saw his machine shop, Paker did, I believe. Marv was going to give me the shop tour on my next trip up. He invited me up to shoot at his local range. Pe Ell Sportsman's Club, a very nice place. I shot his JP Rifles AR in 6.5CM The rifle and Marv's handloads were dialed in. All I had to do is point and shoot. Marv thought I was a crack shot, but it was his rig and loads. We had things to do. I'll miss Marv.

He had sold some of the bigger machining items to a local custom gun builder.
He also had some interesting struggles with the neighbor recently.
A retired Boeing employee who had Skilz beyond compare.

He told me all about that situation. We should tell what we know about those events. It's about Red Flag I would say, and how close we gun owners are to the jagged edge, whether we know it or not.
