I happen to live about 6 miles from the BH boat launch. I will go take a digitial picture of it and send it along to you, if you wish. Send the picture along with the telephone number to all of the newsmedia and Snohomish County Public Works and the Dept Of Wildlife. Or maybe even post that information on this forum and it might just get to their neighbor or even them and then someone should be hearing from the proper authorities. Snohomish County Health if you can get them off of their asses may do something for you. They sure dont don anything about mold in houses and apartments. The offer is here for me to take and send you the picture just let me know. Or even mail it to the Evergreen District Court in Monroe, know one of the judges there fish.

I hate the slobs that dump garbage as much as anyone. I would urge caution though in posting a name. It could be an elderly person that paid her grandson to haul her trash to the dump. They dump the garbage along the road and pocket the innocent person's money. I am not defending the scum that do the littering! I had a deputies phone number just for littering situations at one time. I think Snohomish Co. will help out in such a situation. Bill

This happens all too often out where I live in rural Pierce Co. I certainly can understand why folks don't want to take their crap to the dump- a minimum of $20, lines and the drive to get there. This is an acceptable excuse? Not in my book! Unfortunately for the offenders, we have a great Neighborhood Watch Program in effect! There is also a watch dog group (forget which department they operate under), but they do random "drive by's" of the neighborhoods and catch a lot of people.
I say hang 'em high... or give 'em community service...

Makes you want to just return it to the rightful owner! Maybe drop it all off on the front steps....with a note saying you found the items and thought they should be returned....

Mudlsinger - Have you trie to contact WDFW at the Mill Creek office. It is a WDFW launch and the enforcement officers may be willing to do something. The phone # at the office is (425) 775-1311. Asked for either the local sergeant or the regional captain. If they can't help with this one (a call earlier may have helped) they should be able to tell you the best way to deal with that situation in the future.
Good luck and thanks for caring!
