There is a bunch of paperwork, and an interview with the state before they choose the next owner. That's why Raley's sells Moose Drool for $8.99/six pack - It comes all the way from Montana. Longs' drugstore sells it for $5.99/six pack 'cause they're on the east side of town and much closer....
