Swifty27 Returning Adult Registered: 08/21/13 Posts: 372 Loc: Tri-Cities, WA	It looks like I'll get a chance to head west in late December. If the Wynoochee is in shape, I'd like to float it again. Are there a lot of wild fish this time of year? I've got no problem running plugs and casting. I just want to know if it would be irresponsible to throw bait divers in the mix.

If a guide is fishing on the "Nooch" and his clients park their vehicle at the boat launch don't they need a (permit/pass) to park there ? One would thing so but I have observed many without on my daily travels of the valley. _________________________ Local

I agree.....and have ranted about it.....especially when all the parking areas are taken by dumb xhits who don't know how to park, in the 1st place. BUT that said, if they have a fishing licence then they should have "a parking sticker".
