1) Insert cleaning rod with a brass patch loop from bolt end, using a bore guide if you've got one, and push it out the muzzle.
2) Insert appropriate .22 patch into loop.
3) Pull rod back so that patch is about 2" into the muzzle end of the bore.
4) Take a Sharpie and dot the rod at TDC where it's at the end of the bore guide or plumb below the aft end of the action.
5) Pull the rod back out until the mark/dot on the rod rotates back to TDC and stop pulling.
6) Measure from the point of beginning to where your mark now sits.

Captain Obvious will now know the twist rate for 1 full revolution of the rifling. I'm betting your OEM 700 spout will yield 12". If so, your svelte ELD's will sadly lack the requisite rpm's to keep them from tumbling out yonder so don't even try.
