It ain't all puppy dogs and unicorns, but hell, what is? This is not a place for everyone, the infrastructure is not what we are used to in America. There is the whole concept of Filipino time (like Island time in Hawaii) and some of the stuff that goes on here defies logic! However, having said all of that, I love it here. I can also afford to come back to Washington State when the salmon are running in the rivers to get my river fishing fix, which is not going to happen in the Philippines. I heartily recommend it, especially, if like me, you want to learn something new every single day!
