This dude was smoking weed but yeah,in your rational mind it's easy to say that. But if you are an alcoholic and in a blackout who's making those decisions? That happens a lot. Or people thinking they only had a couple of beers or drinks,and they feel fine. Their motor skills are impaired . FYI I have never drank and drove. I have been in vehicles where others did,and we were young,drunk,stupid,and lucky nobody got hurt or killed. It's a huge problem.

It is a problem not easily solved.
