Next spring I have got an invite to chase turkeys down in Goldendale. Will do some practice patterning my three shotguns (Win M-12 (from 1916), a Rem Auto based on Browning) and my side by side. I'll use what patterns best, as instructed by my mentor. While I spent decades working with and for turkeys, I've never hunted them. While chasing deer, they often walked within bow range so who knows. It will be fun just to be out.
