Nice post Fishnb'. Good idea too. Gives us a chance to re-live a great moment or day from this past year of abundant fish.

Most memorable fishing day for me:

- I had never fished the Wynoochee River before this year, and it was one that I always wanted to try. I fished it with 'Fly and Kid Sauk in Joe's driftboat. Beautiful river! And I got lucky on that day and caught 4 winter steelhead to only 1 between those two WA heavy hitters. So I do get lucky sometimes also. They turned it the other way around on me though on a springer trip together on the Columbia. wink

I'd like to publicly thank Joe for taking me on several trips on some of Washington's best rivers, including a couple on the outer Oly Pen. On one of them this past fall, he and Doug and I hooked close to 30 fish (mostly silvers, but a few 'nooks too). Such a beautiful area! He has taught me a lot about fishing up there. Thanks Joe. (and your zipper streams will stay that way). ...

Most memorable time fishing this year:

- Fishing the Wilson R. many times with my close friends Mark and Shane. We had a good year there with a lot of laughs together. It looks like a repeat of good fishing and fun coming up for the new year.
