Anonymous Unregistered	Urban Cowboy type on the Quil yards in a very nasty looken summer chum....grabs it like he's gonna take it home to wife. Asked him what he thought he was doin keepen a Federally protected threatened fish....gave me a crappy look and tossed the nasty looking thing back in the river...and stomped off.
