After having a customers car for a week doing major repairs the customers come and picks up her vehicle. The next day she call up and informs us that we had STOLE her power steering.?? Ok, why don't you bring your vehicle by so we can take a look. She is very upset at this point. We take a look at the vehicle and she right there is no power steering. After further inspection found that her vehicle was not equiped w/ power steering from the factory!! Come to find out she had rented a caddy for the last week w/ power steering and got comfortable with it.
