i have never seen a bad day on the cow. that river has so many steelhead in it that it's insane. anyone who knows how to catch steelhead should'nt have a problem locating a biter. there is a lot of holding water for these fish. 80% of the guides could'nt even catch a steelhead anywhere but the cow.
