Who was supposed to do what? And on what legal grounds were they supposed to do it?


Why is it that a scandal involving Foley should implicate all Republicans, but a scandal involving say Barney Frank,Stubbs ,Clinton does not implicate all Democrats is limited to just them?

Do you really think people will swing votes based on this? Did it happen with effect after Clinton Lewinski?
