That is silly not to act. Would you let a woman go if you saw a rape in progress just because you happen to be on vacation or fishing???? Even if the WDFW new about this law-breaking after the fact it might do some good. Well, an individual like that goes unreported you might as well be letting a "fish-rape" occur. That's what folks like that are doing. If the WDFW new of this incident don't you think they would be "out there" on that stretch of river a little more -possibly!!!! Kinda like speeders being nailed by traffic cops in school zones? Come on. Even reporting violators quite possibly would do us all a favor. I'm sick and tired of people complaining and whining about situations and not taking even a first step in action in resolving matters. You and others like you I suspect might be the kind of folks who complain about the people in our elected office even though you didn't vote or pay attention to whom is running either! I'm always amazed how many people don't take action in any case were a crime occurs. It ain't my job to come to somebody's first aid either, but I work in mountain rescue and have some training so when I come across someone who needs help I assist until better more qualified help arrives. I would do this in any case -EVEN if I was fishing or on vacation! Tell me, do you see that much of these kinds of violations that it would be a lot of work for you to report -everytime your out on the river???? Then, if that's the case we really do have a severe problem out there and sombody's got to do someting about it. I guess it won't be you. Remember the ol' saying by Kennedy, "it's not what your country can do for you, it's what you can do for your country!" It takes five precious minutes of your valuable time to call someone on that. -Sorry for the personal attack but think about it next time your out there.....
Good Fishing, Darin
By the way, the last poster spelled "Tota-ll-y" incorrect.....
