Well, I didn't mean it that serious, I was making an analogy there! Not an equal one per-se! Actually, I was making a return statement example to the other poster who was saying I am busy reporting violators of ALL sorts.... -Some are definitely not worth our time or efforts.- The jay walker example is no harm to me/or you unlike a abusive fisherman bending the rules......
