ET,

We all can be Spider Man right??? wink -Kidding! Actually I'd rather be Super-Fly! I'm not talking about vigilantism here. Jay walking and speeding are poor examples and analogy here as compared to more "personally" serious crimes -(ie; murder, rape, robbery, yes to me--stealing fish etc. -maybe even reckless driving or DUI driving) . In those cases ---hell I'm not going to tell someone if I can help it!!!!! We as good fishermen/folk who respect the boundaries of the rules owe it to ourselves and other good folk to stand up and take no s$#t -if we can help it! Especially when people cross the lines -blatently! Just good common descency to act sometimes when you pissed/upset about something that seams worthwhile or important. If you have the chance to report something why not? In this particular case he may not have been in a position to note who was violating specifically. ---But, like I was saying, if you ATLEAST tell an authority AT SOME POINT "after-the-fact" it can have effects on how and why they patrol the area in the future -Or quite possibly could yield some other positive results by acting at a minimum. Much like sharing it here on this forum may have some results.....
Good Fishing, Darin
By, the way, hooked up on a 10 lb steelie hen this morning on the fly!
