OK I did not interpret Micros post correctly.

When he said “but when the tribal people do the same thing its ok and they are our environmental stewarts.”

I thought he was referring to the fact that people thought it was ethically ok for them to act this way and that he was inferring that public opinion was that when a Tribal member commits illegal acts people deemed it ok.
