Some guys NEED an IMX for trout. I am not one of them. (read: I buy quality gear when it is worth it). Oh, and I never fish with worms or powerbait because other things work soooo much better. Check out my other post above (I hope it helps). Don't get mad, but why do you want a rod rated for such light line?
