grandpa was just pulling Ramon's chain...I do have a serious opinion on this but don't want to get into the blame the Bush administration game which seems inevitable here. The NOAA officials behind alot of this predate Bush. I think the science coming out showing how a mix of hatchery and wild can be beneficial should enter into this debate. I do not honestly believe that this proposal is intended to stop protecting and helping wild runs.
