I have read this letter before and think it speaks very clearly to what the policies being promoted really say and what their intent is. The intent is not to abanandon wild fish but to use hatchery fish as an useful tool.....I just don't see the boogie man here other than some who insist that everything with Bush's name anywhere near it must be evil. Let's look at the science and not the WT rhetoric or the Bush bashing partisan conspiracy theories.
