Thanks Vince for the tip on the Elite, I'll probably give that a try. But for my level wind...Max UG, just feels like an old friend. I've always use the "improved double clinch" knot and never break at the knot. I've seen guys try new knots and on their first cast......bye bye lure. It also could have been because they had too many Kokanees.
