Funny you should mention that. I was just going over a few of those points in this permit/rulz boondoggle. I still have to sit down with Fly but here are my thoughts on those two issues.

A rainout option is a good idea. Lets tentatively schedule Saturday March 24th as the day of the derby with the following weekend, Saturday March 31st as a fall back date in case the rivers get blown.

Guides are welcome to participate IF they pay and register like everyone else. Winners MUST catch their own fish. This means if clients fishing with a guide pay and register they are eligible to win if they catch, fight and play their own fish. Likewise with the guide. Plug caught fish will require both guide and angler to be participants for obvious reasons. I'll get back to you guys with a final list of rulz after this weekend.
