KK, I'm pretty sure you don't remember and since you didn't state what is an approved credible source I will go with the Gephardt quote published in the Wa Post 1991. I actually remember Gephardt's quote although I'm a little surprised that I did since I was only 23 back then and the living was good. Here yah go and enjoy.
