i'd say LHS, but they ain't made any more, so i'll have to go with XMG by default.

once you get up over the $200 mark on rods(don't include loomis here, their markup is probably $100 over everything else anyway), you enter the area where you really aren't gaining much in performance, but rather in "finish and trim"(e.g., guides, wrap quality, nice cork, etc).

that said, it isn't the arrow, it's the indian...of course, having high end arrows doesn't hurt a bit.
