1. Their healthcare plan costs 8% of GDP.
2. Their healthcare plan covers every single Israeli.
3. Their healthcare plan is cheap because it has governmental price controls.
4. Their healtchare plan works.

Now, I don't want to put any words in your mouth, but I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that you'll say he was praising #1, but not #'s 2-4, because they're Marxist Nigerian Socialist Kenyan Government Takeover Programs.

'Course, without #'s 2-4, #1 wouldn't be there, either...it'd be like ours...cost 18% of GDP, not cover everyone, not be cheap, and not work.
