i didnt bitch about the ticket, i bitched that they went straight for me, not even asking the driver (Katie) for ID, Insurance, ect... i also only had that belt off for a very small fraction of time if you remember correctly, i had to answer me phone and the belt was tight...

speeding, isnt a 1 time thing, its repetative...
