All joking aside...Harbaugh can write his own ticket anywheres...the only thing that would happen to him if he were to leave Santa Clara, by choice or not, is that he would have a new job in about six minutes making more than he's getting paid now.

He's a clown and a douchebag, but he's also a very talented coach. Can't really dispute any of that.
