i honestly dont like the government having ANY say or hands in this... like Chong, i believe to should just have been decriminalized, not "legalized"...

why is it legal for me to brew my own beer, or make my own wine, but illegal for me to make Moonshine?

fpince that point you made in the second paragraph is where i am leanin'..thats why medical is still, and for the foreseeable future, the only safe way to be able to utilize this plant that just so happens to be a class 1 narcotic
On a related note, how about this new show on the discovery network "Weed County"? kind of a pot spin off from moonshiners, except the cops are much more ridiculous..wonder where this show will go..
