the gun wasnt his, it was his friends... he didnt cross any state or county lines, it was a resident of Kenosha that owned it...

before Rosenbaum (molester) got shot, you can see in the video there is one person behind him after he threw whatever it was, firing a pistol in the air chasing behind him...

the head wound wasnt what it looked like, it was a graze or head smash on the concrete, he got shot in the back and groin, one of which ruptured his liver and lungs...

so now you have a kid with a gun, that was being chased by 2 adults, one of which was firing a handgun in the air... then after he shot chimo, he got chased after and jumped by 3 more people (head kick guy, wanna be medic burglar, and skate r dead dude) one of which having a firearm and pointing it at him...

it is very much in the Disparity of Force law realm, but, him being in possession of the rifle is going to be key... Wisconsin law says you can be in possession of a rifle as young as 12, as long a supervised by an adult, which he was, you can see in the videos, he was with several adults...

i dont know why people are fixating on the kid, he killed 3 peices of sh!t... so fvckin what....
