the only charge he should and probably will be prossecuted for is open carrying the rifle being under 18... but tons of people including lawyers are saying that the accompanied by an adult thing may come into play (as i have said here)...

they had guns and other weapons while actively pursuing him, just because he had the rifle if it is even illegal, doesnt take away from his ability to protect himself...

this is going to fall under the Disparity of Force laws... watch...
