In another stellar moment for infotainment everywhere, Fox defended itself in a lawsuit regarding Tucker Carlson by claiming that no reasonable person should have any reason to believe anything Carlson says is truthful.

Yay Fox News, again. This is at least the third time they have defended themselves in lawsuits by claiming that it's irrelevant if they are lying, because everyone knows it and shouldn't believe otherwise.

I'd like to read that article, I hadn't seen that one yet....

Fox News requested the case be dismissed. In support of its argument, the channel said that Carlson's show serves as "opinion commentary" that is "not reasonably understood as being factual." It also argued that McDougal's case "failed to allege actual malice."

Gotta love new's reporters from both sides rofl
