I don't have any experience with Yeti coolers, mugs, etc. To me they're the product of brilliant marketing that convinced a lot of people to spend crazy money on super bulky and heavy coolers. To get the equivalent internal capacity of my 94-qt Igloo Marine (which has been great and has the snap on cushion top), I'd probably need a Yeti that weighs as much as a Volkswagen. I'm trying to keep weight out of my boat, not add it.



Run the 72 qt. version of that one. Although I've fondled the Yeti's at various sales, it's been the solid reason there isn't any other cooler that size or larger hereabouts. Constantly gets used for Costco runs with just three small blue ice blocks and will keep two blocks of ice frozen for a couple weeks during alpine ungulate pursuits. 'Course at 9,500 feet above MSL in WY winter, it kept the contents from freezing. The tops of my ears were not so fortunate....
