I buy my out of state and B.C. licenses online and print out a copy at home from my computer. It's regular printer paper, and I trim them to fit in my wallet. I hope the WA license doesn't take up the whole 8.5" x 11" page so that it can also be trimmed to be a reasonable fit. As for it not being waterproof, well, that's the way it goes.
