I also read a report (maybe on this board) last fall sometime that a guy was arrested for dumping thousands of tons of raw sewage into the southern portion of Hood Canal via a creek in his backyard. He worked for a septic company and instead of taking it to a dump site he dumped it on his property. I think some neighbors turned him in. This certainly can't help with what we are seeing on the Hood Canal and neither can rotting chums. I've seen the same thing out at Chico last year.
