Your list of "liberal" judges is a joke. Liberals appointed by Ford, Reagan, and GHW Bush? Sure. Maybe you just think moderate means liberal, since you're so far out there in right-field.

But let me guess.............you know more about the rights of a community to take your property for the benefit of a private entity, and the community itself, than the justices sitting on the SC? I think the ruling stinks too, but that's what rights the government gives to the community, so that's that. I'm not going to cry, snivel, and scream "activist judge!! " about it.
