How can anyone still stick up for a band that basically just rearranges song after song? How can anyone respect an "artist" like Ashlee Simpson? I'll use Frank Zappa as the best example of a man who never sold himself out yet managed to have a good fan base anyway. Nickleback and other bands are soul less, and I'm afraid so is our society more and more. Look at the stip mall syndrome. On every block in every city you have 3 starbucks ,a subway, and a nail salon, some crappy stores that suck.....what happened to the character of America? Look at how rich and vibrant the music was from the 50's through the 70's,and even the 80's. There has to be some talent and guts and soul out there. I pray we don't lose that. Television is the worst of it all. I can barely stand any of it,except maybe the educational channels,A&E,Discovery, etc. I am saving that example of Nicklefag and showing it to all my lame music listening friends in hopes they see the light. I'm just glad I know the difference between good and crap. Actually I just wanted to write about Frank Zappa
