I remember catching huge numbers of chum out of the Chehalis system years ago. Haven't caught many in recent years.

I enjoy catching and releasing them on both gear and flies. Hard fighting fish and good practice for the upcoming winter steelie season.
Cerise jig and a piece of prawn, bobber down all day and a good arm workout.
