If this is from last week, then I know a little bit. One of the members left his net out over night, which they frown upon and a few younger guys came, pulled his net and stripped the fish for the eggs, which go for $8/pd. They know who did it and are trying to locate them.
In the mean time, they have been having groups of people (especially the guy who left his net out) out cleaning up the waste.
