legal or not right or wrong good bad or indifferent it is certainly one thing. wasteful. The Skokomish tribe doing these kinds of things cannot claim any moral high ground they cannot claim any type of stewardship or any form of respect for the resource. they are commercial users of the resource nothing more nothing less.. end of story.

I seriously doubt all that nutrients in one spot is going to do that much good, at that point it's more on the order of pollution.
