Michigan's problem is that if the 1-4 win out, then Michigan will not be in the playoffs, and will not win the Big 10, and will not go to the Rose Bowl, either.

With 1-4 winning this week, big if, of course, then the Big 10 champ won't be in the playoffs, because it will be Wisconsin or Penn State...the winner of that game will play Colorado in the Rose Bowl, since they will finish 2nd in the Pac12 and the 1st place Pac12 team will be in the playoffs.

That all assumes 1-4 winning...if any of them lose than it gets super ugly, and fast, and all this is up in the air.
