Oh wait, Evo never said his (or her) car could go to 260MPH. Matter of fact, he really didn't say it runs or starts, either........

Remind me again what car this is?

What if the vehicle was suspended off of the cinder blocks allowing all 4 times to spin? I could be wrong on this ASSumption that the "speed" of a vehicle is just a calculation of simple axel/wheel rotation, and if that were the case, it seems to me all Evo would have to do is:

a) Climb in the suspended vehicle.
b) Get the engine started.
c) Stomp on the gas and let the wheels spin!
d) Achieve 260MPH
e) Take photo of speedometer, post it to the board, and tell Nick to SUCK IT HARD!!!!!"

PS. I strongly recommend that:

1) Evo takes and posts a video of this "Hold my beer and watch this" moment.
2) Has the vehicle strapped down, or at least partially strapped down. I'm guessing nothing good can happen from a blocked up vehicle with wheels spinning at 260MPH and falling off of the blocks.
