I still find it hard to believe that they haven't been able to take care of that YET. But hey, when the insurance company get involved you are pretty much hosed. However, That doesn't remove the goodwill factor from the store. If they do have a used motor sitting there they might want to try and make a customer happy while they sort it out. Sure, they lose the oportunity to sell that motor for awhile and it comes back with a few more hours on it, but the goodwill they build up can make a customer for life. Not to mention word of mouth advertising, that is something money can't buy. I have never shopped there, if I was in the area and needed something I would have stopped in, Not now. I hope you do get it taken care of soon before the whole season is over.
